Town Center
LaGrange Town Center is one highly significant answer to the question we all ask, "what about taxes?

The LaGrange Town Center will provide a much needed positive tax boost to our economy.  Lagrange currently does not have a healthy commercial tax base to offset our burdensome residential taxes. Commercial development planned out using smart growth techniques like the ones being deployed in the Town Center is one strong answer to our tax burden.

Commercial space helps to offset your residential property tax burden by providing tax dollars but no impact on our schools.

The NYS Dot has been meeting with Supervisor Wagner and we are working together towar completion of a plan AND funding for Rte 55 traffic improvements that are designed to support the Town Center. Traffic concerns are being considered and handled in preparation for Town Center.
